My Birthday

My birthday was fun. It was cool and I got to do a lot of stuff. Stuff like eating my birthday cereal, eating my cake, and playing football. I got a really cool football guy that was a robot and at my birthday party I got a halo set.

Snow Man

I made a snow man and it was very very cold. I did the most work on the bottom. Every piece was a little bit less of a job. I used acorn tops for the eyes and mouth but we couldn't find a carrot in time so it wasn't done.

We will be posting the information for Spencer's Jump Rope for Heart soon. Please watch for it and if you can afford to, support the organization and Spencer. I will also be posting some pictures. It has been busy and we both have lots to share. Maybe this weekend we can get to work on it. :)

The Picture

This is going to be Spencer's blog, however, I thought I would get him started off with a post. My mom used to make us gather up our art projects and then she would take a picture of us with them. It was always a miserable affair because we knew that meant that we would never see the products of our hard work and creativity again. As I was organizing and cleaning this past weekend I remembered how that felt and so, to avoid instilling that same sense of misery in Spencer, I simply took a picture of his stuff and threw it in the trash without his knowledge. The apple and the tree you know. :)
